At FITUEYES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home office and entertainment setup. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, tools, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
